Message 85:4-5

Let mankind come all the way. Those that will hear the small whisper, hear the loud voice, hear the call of God may thrust in their sickle and reap, for the harvest is white—nigh unto gathering. I have spoken prudently, and surely. This is the assured way.  Let all that come be baptized and the hands laid on them that the Lord by his Spirit may confirm their works.

Sometimes when the Lord calls us, it is not very loud. Most people expect there to be a large event that God will use to call us home, but sometimes it small everyday events. When you do hear the whisper listen closely, and it will become louder and clearer. When you hear the Lord, make sure you come to him, but do it correctly by the way of baptism and the laying of the hands.

Alma 6:2-3
And it came to pass that whomsoever did not belong to the church who repented of their sins was baptized unto repentance, and was received into the church. And it also came to pass that whomsoever did belong to the church that did not repent of their wickedness and humble themselves before God—I mean those which were lifted up in the pride of their hearts—the same were rejected, and their names were blotted out, that their names were not numbered among those of the righteous.
God has a path to salvation. That path is though repentance and baptism. If you repent and strive to serve the Lord, you will make it to haven. However, if you don’t repent, even if you have been baptized, you will not make it to haven. Our walk with Christ does not stop when we are baptized, that is when it starts.
Luke 20:21-26

And they asked him, saying, Master, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly, neither acceptest thou the person of any, but teachest the way of God truly: Is it lawful for us to give tribute unto Caesar, or no? But he perceived their craftiness, and said unto them, Why tempt ye me? Shew me a penny. Whose image and superscription hath it? They answered and said, Caesar’s. And he said unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which be Caesar’s, and unto God the things which be God’s. And they could not take hold of his words before the people: and they marvelled at his answer, and held their peace.

With the mid term elections that happened yesterday in the U.S. there will be a major change in U.S. politics. But we need to remember that politics is not that important. Instead of focusing our feelings and energy on a topic that we have little to no control, we need to focus on topic of God. No matter what your idea’s are on politics, we need to remember that our belief in God is what is going to save us, not our country. It does not matter what happens in politics or what form of Government that rules us, if we serve God we all still can have our reward.

Message 46 5-6

Fear not, for it is the will of the Father that this message be carried to the ends of the earth, and the warning of the judgments taught, that the honest in heart will come, for the people must know the way of deliverance. See those that are yet in darkness—see the weakness and sin of man—see those who are struggling in blindness—see those seeking for light, willing to heed it when they hear it: take to them the message of life. You will see the hand of God move to accomplish his work; you will see the evil powers struggle and lose in the end.

We should not worry about how we will take the message to the world. God has a plan on how this is going to happen. When we starting taking the message to the people, the are going to accept. There will be some that don’t, but there will be lots that do. I hope and pray that the people of the world receive the message with happiness.

Jeremiah 32:27

Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?

God can do any thing. Let give him our problems and let him help us solve them. With God any thing is possible and nothing is to hard.
