Helaman 14:17-19

But behold, the resurrection of Christ redeemeth mankind, yea, even all mankind, and bringeth them back into the presence of the Lord. Yea, and it bringeth to pass the condition of repentance, that whosoever repenteth the same is not hewn down and cast into the fire; but whosoever repenteth not is hewn down and cast into the fire; and there cometh upon them again a spiritual death, yea, a second death, for they are cut off again as to things pertaining to righteousness.  Therefore repent ye, repent ye, lest by knowing these things and not doing them ye shall suffer yourselves.

The simple truth is hard to ignore. Christ’s death and resurrection provided us with a way for salvation. Now it is up to us to act upon it. What are you going to do?

Acts 17:1-4

Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where was a synagogue of the Jews: And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures, Opening and alleging, that Christ must needs have suffered, and risen again from the dead; and that this Jesus, whom I preach unto you, is Christ. And some of them believed, and consorted with Paul and Silas; and of the devout Greeks a great multitude, and of the chief women not a few.

When the world of God is preached there will be some that will believe and there will be some that don’t. We can’t dwell on the ones that don’t. It is our job to present the message and it is up to them to decide what to do with it. They will either follow Christ or they won’t. Just keep focusing on your walk with Christ and let the Lord work on the others.

5-7

The message and authority that I bring is the pure love of God, the priesthood after the order of God: the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the Creator of all things, even the Lord Jesus Christ. I am John the Baptist, the Elias which is for to come to bring the Elijah Message. There cometh a day when the open door before you will close. Are you ready for the consummation of all things; bringing in the Lord’s jewels, his elect ones—the honest of heart—making ready the bride of Christ, his Church, his Zion?

These three verses are a very clear warning. First John is bringing the authority and love that can only come from God. Second John reiterates who he is and why he is coming. Third he tells us that time is running out for us to decide on who we are going to choose. That being said who are you going to choose to follow Christ or devil?

Message 71:5

I come not to bruise; I come not to quench the smoking flax; but to bring peace, and let the people choose the way to eternity and life with the Lord, or go down to darkness and that awful rejection of their choice.

Our salvation is our choice. We are the only ones that can determine where we spend eternal life. No one can choice for us. It is our responsibility to find the truth and follow it. Will you seek the truth and then follow it when you find it?
